An eye for style and design fueled the ideas for Hal and Mimi Richards to open their first store, Antaree's, a custom leather design shop. Designing and handcrafting everything from wallets to rodeo chaps to a deer skin bikini - the hippie style . With the coming decade, the store evolved into H. Richards, Rome, Georgia's premiere men's clothing store. Known to locals as more than the guy with great clothes, Richards can often be found strumming the bass guitar in his band Broad and 3rd. He's spent his life traveling the world with culinary navigation, which translates to an enticing evening for his dinner guests' taste buds. He's even built a few houses here and there.

With forty years of experience in the clothing industry, Richards returns to the storefront offering a shopping experience like no other. The Lodge is the fine-tuned rendition of what Hal's been doing for over four decades. As he puts it, "the store is simply the culmination of my life's experiences and happenings." With clothing and accessories selected from the finest collections in American and around the globe, The Lodge and Richards dress Southern gentleman for every occasion - whether the club, the hunt, the boardroom or the cocktails...because the bell rings promptly at 6:30, friends.
